Instructions

Method

-      Heat oil in cast iron skillet

-      Lay Kaiser roll halves face down in skillet to toast

-      Once toasted, remove bun from skillet

-      Add onion, bell peppers and jalapeno peppers to skillet, and cook

-      Add leftover pulled pork to skillet, and stir

-      Once heated through, add in chopped cilantro, and stir

-      Stir in half of cheese mixture

-      Pile pulled pork mixture onto Kaiser roll, top with extra cheese

-      Serve sandwich alongside tomato wedges seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper

  • 2 cups leftover pulled pork
  • ¼ cup pepper jack cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup of cheddar cheese, grated
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon diced jalapenos
  • Chopped cilantro to taste
  • Kaiser Roll, sliced in half
