Instructions

WHAT TO GET

shrimp

1 pound whole wheat pasta, cooked and lightly tossed in olive oil

1 cup medium size shrimp, peeled, butterflied, deveined, and rinsed

1 tablespoon minced garlic

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

¼ teaspoon creole

1 tablespoon very small diced shallot

1 tablespoon minced parsley + 1 teaspoon for presentation

2 sprigs thyme leaves

white wine sauce

4 slices butter

⅓ cup parmesan

6 tablespoons half and half

2 tablespoons riesling wine

2 tablespoons minced shallot

1 pinch creole seasoning

WHAT TO DO

shrimp

1.    In large skillet, bring all ingredients to medium-high heat and place on grill pan on medium-high heat and flip shrimps halfway through cooking for about 8-10 minutes

2.   serve over pasta

sauce

1.    In skillet, bring butter and shallots to medium heat

2.   when shallots caramelize, add wine and stir for 1 minute

3.   add all other ingredients

4.   serve over pasta and shrimp
