Lettuce Wraps



-       In skillet heat olive oil over medium-high heat

-       Add shrimp, applewood smoked bacon, scallion, and Crystal Hot Sauce and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes

-       Add collard greens and sauté for another 1 to 2 minutes

-       Add shrimp mixture to a Bibb lettuce cup and top with a basil leaf

  • 1 ½ cups small gulf shrimp
  • ¼ cup cooked and chopped applewood smoked bacon
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup scallion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Crystal Hot Sauce
  • ½ cup julienned collard greens
  • 1 head of Bibb lettuce
  • 1 fresh Basil leaf
The Back Story


·      1 ounce shrimp

·      ½ cup chopped pre-cooked bacon

·      1 tablespoon scallions

·      ½ tablespoon Crystal hot sauce

·      ¼ cup collard greens

·      3 lettuce cups



-       Sauté shrimp, bacon, scallions in a skillet on medium-high heat for 3 minutes

-       Drizzle ¼ tablespoon Crystal hot sauce over the mixture

-       Add collard greens to the skillet until wilted

-       Scoop mixture into lettuce cups and top with the remaining Crystal hot sauce
