Instructions

Method

-      Marinade the steak in the Crystal fajitas marinade for 4 hours or overnight

-      Place the olive oil in a large skillet under high heat and add the skirt steak

-      Add the rest of the vegetables and let come together for 1 to 3 minutes

-      Add the seasonings, liquid smoke and cilantro

-      When ready to serve, add the shredded cheese to the meat and vegetable mixture

 

 

Ingredients
  • 1 pound skirt steak, sliced thin
  • 2 tablespoons Crystal fajitas marinade
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • ½ white onion, sliced
  • 1 jalapeno, charred
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun spice
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro
  • ¼ teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 pack corn tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons queso fresco, crumbles
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 lime, juice

Method

-       Heat olive oil in cast iron skillet over medium-high heat

-       Add skirt steak, red onion, jalapeno, poblano, cilantro, garlic, salt and pepper and cook for 3 to 5 minutes to the desired temperature of steak

-       Spread spicy avocado dressing on tortilla and add steak and another layer of dressing and close into a wrap and serve

Ingredients
  • 10 ounce skirt steak, sliced on the bias
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons sliced jalapeno
  • 2 tablespoons sliced poblano pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup chopped Butter lettuce
  • Spicy Avocado Dressing

Method For Turkey Sausage

- Heat cast iron skillet over med-high heat and add olive oil

- Add onions, bell pepper and turkey sausage and cook for 2-4 minutes

- Add sun dried tomatoes, caramelized onions and tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes

- Add cilantro

- Stir all together and add to corn tortilla

- Top fajitas with Mustard Vinaigrette

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup caramelized onions- premade
  • 1 ½ onions sliced
  • ¼ cup sun dried tomatoes
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 4 corn tortillas
