Method

-      Rub turkey drumsticks with barbeque spice blend

-      Smoke the turkey leg for 1-and-a-half hours, and top with barbeque sauce

  • Barbeque sauce

Method

-      In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter

-      Add shrimp to skillet, and season with Cajun seasoning and black pepper

-      Once shrimp is cooked through, serve over whole-wheat pasta, and garnish with Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil-butter blend
  • Pinch Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Whole wheat pasta
  • 2 tsp Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tomato

Method

-      In a cast iron pot, melt olive oil-butter blend

-      Add onions and jalapeno peppers to pot, and season with cumin

-      Add beans to pot, and stir

-      Add brown sugar to pot

-      Add molasses, ketchup and barbeque sauce to pot

-      Add pulled pork to pot, and stir

-      Serve

  • 2 cans vegetarian beans
  • ½ cup pulled pork, cooked
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, charred and diced
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil-butter blend
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons barbeque seasoning
