Method

-      Preheat oven to 350°

-      In a large bowl or stand mixer, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy

-      In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt

-      Add egg and vanilla to butter and sugar mixture

-      Stir flour mixture into wet ingredients, scraping the sides of the bowl

-      When flour is incorporated, add 3 crumbled praline candies and mix just until combined

-      Place teaspoon-sized balls of dough on a half-sheet pan with 2 inches separating each one

-      Top with pecan pieces

-      Bake in the oven for 11 minutes or until the edges are golden

-      Serve and enjoy

Method

-      Blend almond milk, ice cream, a pinch cinnamon and peppermint candy until smooth

-      Add 1 teaspoon peppermint syrup and stir

-      Mix together Greek yogurt with ½ teaspoon peppermint syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg to taste

-      Top milkshake with Greek yogurt topping and garnish with more crushed peppermint candy
