Arugula

Instructions

Method:

Place the arugula in a bowl and top with prosciutto, black figs, lemon juice and olive oil on top. Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish Parmesan cheese. 

Ingredients
  • 2 c arugula
  • 6 black figs, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 1 lemon, juice and zest
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan, cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
