Thanks Chef Jeff. You are truly a joy to see and watch on television. I wish you had some advice for my 26 year old Nephew. He went to a Culinary School and was very happy to graduate. Unfortunately, because he has s felony drug charge from 8 years ago on his criminal record, he gets turned down for many jobs. I am encouraging him to try to enter a "Cooking Show". This would give him a chance to win money but more importantly, prove to himself that he is as talented as we all know. BTW, he volunteers to cook dinner for his church. If you are in Connecticut, Chef Jeff, please let me know so I can introduce my Nephew James Ellis Norris-Bembury too you. You to will be inspired!
