Soft Shell Crab

The Back Story



·      1   4-6 ounce crab

·      1 tablespoon paprika

·      1 tablespoon garlic powder

·      1 teaspoon garlic powder

·      1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

·      ¾ tablespoon white pepper

·      ¾ tablespoon black pepper

·      ½ teaspoon dried thyme

·      ½ teaspoon dried oregano

·      2 tablespoons olive oil




-Combining dry ingredients to make blackened seasoning

-Lift crab shell and season the inside with blackened seasoning

-Drizzle olive oil in a hot frying pan

-Sauté in a frying pan for about 4 minutes on both sides
