Shrimp Lettuce Wraps

The Back Story


·      1 ounce shrimp

·      ½ cup chopped pre-cooked bacon

·      1 tablespoon scallions

·      ½ tablespoon Crystal hot sauce

·      ¼ cup collard greens

·      3 lettuce cups



-       Sauté shrimp, bacon, scallions in a skillet on medium-high heat for 3 minutes

-       Drizzle ¼ tablespoon Crystal hot sauce over the mixture

-       Add collard greens to the skillet until wilted

-       Scoop mixture into lettuce cups and top with the remaining Crystal hot sauce
