Prosciutto and Caprese Sandwich

The Back Story



·      ½ brioche bun or slice of toast

·      ¼ cup mozzarella cheese

·      3 basil leaves

·      3 slices tomato

·      5 slices prosciutto

·      ½ tablespoon olive oil


-       Layer mozzarella cheese, basil leaves, tomatoes, and prosciutto onto a slice of toast or brioche bun

-       Drizzle with olive oil and serve
