·      1 whole chicken cut into 8 pieces

·      Salt and freshly ground white pepper to taste

·      Canola or sunflower oil for frying

·      4 large eggs

·      ½ cup evaporated milk

·      1 ½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

·      2 cups all-purpose flour

·      ½ cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

·      ¼ cup minced fresh garlic

·      Ruffled dill pickle slices

it was nice to see jacques-limos acknowledge the original chef of this wonderful fried chicken recipe. anyone from new orleans know that these recipes originated from african american cooks. wish more people would do the same.
