The Back Story

Method For Biscuits

-      In a bowl, combine dry ingredients

-      Using a fork or pastry blender, cut in butter

-      Make a well in the center of the mixture, and stir in half and half until dough forms

-      Place dough on lightly floured surface, and form into two hotdog buns, cutting a slit down the center

-      Bake buns in an oven preheated to 375 degrees for 15 minutes

Method For Hot Dogs

-      Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet

-      Add onion and bell peppers to skillet

-      Add jalapeno to skillet

-      Slice hotdogs of your choice widthwise, and add to skillet

-      Once hotdogs are cooked through, add in cheese

-      Remove skillet from heat

-      Fill biscuit bun with mixture
