The Back Story

Method For BBQ Rib Tips 

-       Heat olive oil butter blend in cast iron skillet over medium-high heat

-       Add ribs, onion, garlic and bay leaf and brown meat for 2 to 3 minutes

-       Add chicken stock and simmer Rib Tips for 3 ½ hours


-       Add all ingredients to cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and simmer for 15 minutes until thick consistency

-       Add to blender and blend together for 1 to 2 minutes

-       Serve with BBQ rib tips

Love the segment. Ribs look great. Ummm, where is the rub recipe? You are going to share it aren't you? (lol) Would love to have your dry rub recipe. (I missed the episode but my husband saw it but didn't write down the ingrediets).

I just saw today's show on location at Big Daddy's BBQ. I reside in Montgomery, which is about 90 miles south of Warrior, AL (Birmingham area). Nevertheless, I plan to visit Big Daddy's in the near future. Great episode...good recipes and ideas that I can utilized at home.

Ribs are definitely in the top five of my favorite foods. I can't cook them at all, but I am hoping to change that. I want to see how they will go if I follow this.
