The Back Story

Quail and Blackening Seasoning Ingredients

·      3 Quail, semi boneless

·      2 Tablespoon Olive Oil

·      2 Tablespoon paprika

·      2 Tablespoon Cayenne

·      2 Tablespoon garlic powder

·      1 tablespoon dry thyme

·      2 Tablespoon brown sugar

·      2 Tablespoon black pepper



- Whisk all the seasonings together in a bowl to create blackening seasoning

- Cut quail into quarters and place on skewer

- Sprinkle the blackening seasoning all over the quail

- Grill the skewered quail for about 5-6 minutes on each side
