just discovered your show & it is awesome. I have the Trifecta of health issues type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol I am always looking for ways to change to healthier cooking so I can come off all the pills. And your show is an awesome resource for me. I can't wait to try your recipes. My fav foods are fried foods, can you flip some fav fried foods like chicken, fish, egg rolls, fried rice, French fries. I have tried oven versions of all the above, it must be seasonings & cooking time because my food comes out overcooked, dry sometimes mushy, missing that crunch & flavors. Would really love to see some shows on those foods, maybe you've done them already.? Please let me know. Thanks & keep the yummy food coming!
