Instructions

Method

-      Melt butter in skillet.

-      Mix in honey, rum, and cinnamon.  Continue cooking.

-      Sauté bananas and pomegranate seeds until soft.

-      Stir in mint

-      Scoop ice cream into a serving dish

-      Top ice cream with pineapple, blackberries, cherries, banana mixture and toasted coconut

-      Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil butter blend
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 ounce rum
  • 2 red bananas, sliced
  • ½ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tablespoon mint, sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 2 tablespoon blackberries
  • 3 maraschino cherries
  • 1 tablespoon toasted coconut
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
