Method

-Sauté ingredients together for 3-5 minutes and serve

  • 1 dozen medium butterflied shrimp
  • ½ tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon charred and chopped poblano chilies
  • 2 cups pre-cooked brown rice
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ¼ cup toasted cashews
  • ¼ cup low sodium chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
