Shrimp and Chilled Tomato Soup



-      Blend tomatoes, jalapeno pepper, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, red onion, cilantro, lime juice and ice water together in a blender

-      Once liquefied, add in Figaro Liquid Smoke, and blend together

-      Mix avocado and onion with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper

-      Pour tomato soup in to a bowl, and top with avocado mixture

-      Serve alongside cooked shrimp

  • 4 cups diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup ice water
  • 3 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Figaro Liquid Smoke
  • Juice from ½ a lime
  • ½ avocado, diced
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Pinch jalapeno pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
