Seafood Salad

Instructions

Method

-      In a skillet over medium heat, melt olive-oil butter

-      Add crabmeat to hot skillet

-      Season crabmeat with salt and pepper to taste

-      Combine remaining ingredients to create a salad

-      Toss crabmeat into salad

-      Toss with balsamic vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • 5 ounces crab meat
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • ¼ cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 granny smith apple, sliced
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive-oil butter
  • 2 tablespoons pecans
  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
  • 2 tablespoons corn
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
