Red Bean Kale Burger

Instructions

Method

-Mix together red beans and 1 tablespoon of olive oil

-Fold in sunflower seeds, bell pepper, kale, onion, Crystal liquid smoke, cumin, quinoa and Crystal hot sauce

-Season mixture with salt and pepper

-Form bean mixture into a patty using a ring mold

-Sear bean patties in olive oil for 2 minutes on each side

-Build burger with Low Fat Creole Mayo, mustard, lettuce, cucumber, and tomato

  • 1 teaspoon cumin seasoning
  • 3 tablespoon cooked quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon Crystal hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Low Fat Creole Mayo
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 cucumber slices
  • 2 leaves butter lettuce
  • 1 slice tomato

but the ingredients listed with this article do not match the quantities displayed during the video. Also, does it take all of these ingredients for 1 burger??? The video only shows him making one burger out of the mixture. Has anyone tried it yet? I'm curious to know how many burgers the listed ingredients actually yield. Also, it would be nice if some editing were done so that the quantities of ingredients match each other in the video and the written list.

The burger is on derail. I add some chia seed and I freeze ome. The mount depends on how large you make them But there is a goodly amt. relax and enjoy. You don't lays need precise measures. In any recripy you put your own twist in it They are delicious

this is so good and I didn't even make the low fat creole mayo...I used a little french's mustard. This patty is so good it could be eaten alone.
