Pulled Pork Melt

Instructions

Method

-Toast brioche buns on a hot skillet

-Heat left over or store bought barbecue pulled pork in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes

-Add cheese on top of pulled pork until slightly melted and top with chives

-Place pulled pork and cheese on brioche bun

-Serve with pickles

Ingredients
  • 6 ounces store bought barbecue pulled pork
  • 1 brioche bun
  • ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chopped chives
  • 1 sliced dill pickle
