Pulled BBQ Salmon Sandwich



-      Season salon filet with salt, Cajun seasoning and Crystal Hot Sauce

-      Add salmon filet to hot skillet, and brown

-      Remove salmon from skillet, and place in backing dish. Finish cooking salmon in an oven heated to 450-degrees for 15 minutes

-      Reduce the same cast iron skillet to medium heat, add cabbage and a dash of salt and pepper, and cook

-      Add corn, and continue cooking

-      Add garlic, butter and parsley, and stir together until butter is incorporated. Remove from heat.

-      Remove salmon from oven, and shred with a fork

-      Toss shredded salmon with 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce

-      Spread remaining BBQ sauce on bread

-      Layer salmon, cabbage mixture, pickles and tomato slices on the Ciabatta bread 

  • 8 oz. Alaskan salmon filet
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/3 cup of fresh corn, cut off the cobb
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sweet smoky BBQ sauce, ready made
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon organic butter, unsalted
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Dill pickle, sliced
  • Ciabatta bread
  • Dash of Crystal Hot Sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
