Monte Cristo Sandwich



-      Whisk together 2 eggs, milk, a pinch of salt, pepper, chopped parsley and chives in a bowl

-      Spread mayonnaise and mustard on sliced bread, and season with salt, pepper, parsley and chives

-      Layer turkey, ham, tomatoes and cheese between bread slices

-      Heat canola oil in skillet

-      Dip sandwich in egg wash, and place on skillet

-      Once grilled, dip other side of sandwich in egg wash, and cook in skillet until crisp

-      Fry remaining egg in pan, and add to top of Monte Cristo sandwich

-      Top with BBQ-flavored potato chips

  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Roasted turkey slices
  • Cooked ham slices
  • Sliced bread
  • Sliced cheese
  • Sliced tomato
  • Mayonnaise and mustard to taste
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Pinch chopped chives
