Instructions

Method

-      Spread tomato sauce on pizza dough

-      Layer half the cheddar and half provolone cheese over tomato sauce

-      Layer tomato slices over cheese

-      Season pizza with fresh cracked pepper

-      In a skillet, sauté bacon bits and fresh garlic together; top bacon on pizza

-      Layer remaining cheese over bacon

-      Drizzle barbeque sauce over top of pizza

-      Bake in an oven at 450 for 6-10 minutes

  • Pizza dough, premade
  • 1 cup bacon bits
  • 1 cup provolone cheese
  • ½ cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon barbeque sauce
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
