Jumbo Shrimp Tempura
Mix flour, baking powder, sparkling water, and soy sauce in a bowl. Bring peanut oil up to 350 degrees in a pot. Dip shrimp into the batter and fry in oil for 5-7 minutes.

- 12 Jumbo Shrimp
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 1/2 cups sparkling water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cups peanut oil for frying
Mix flour and baking powder together
Add sparkling water and soy sauce to dry ingredients
Bring peanut oil up to 350 degrees in a pot. Dip shrimp into the batter and fry in oil for 5-7 minutes
Garnish with ginger and soy sauce
