WHAT TO DO

1.    In blender, add greek yogurt, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, maple syrup, reduced fat milk, and rasberries

2.   top with crumbled cookies, rasberries, blueberries, and 1 mint top

Ingredients
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey and 1 teaspoon for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup reduced fat milk
  • ¼ cup raspberries and 5 for garnish
  • 5 blueberries for garnish
  • 2 cookies, crumbled for topping
  • 1 mint top for garnish
