Hummus with Red Peppers



-Mix together chickpea puree and olive oil

-Stir in garlic and bell peppers

-Season with salt and pepper

-Top with parsley and serve with a sliced baguette 

  • 3 cups chickpea puree
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic
  • 1 cup roasted red bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ tablespoon parsley
