Hot Salsa Shrimp

Instructions

Method

-       In cast iron skillet heat grape seed oil over medium-high heat

-       Add onion, yellow bell pepper, orange bell pepper, garlic, jalapeno, and salt to skillet

-       Cook for 1 to 2 minutes

-       Add shrimp, tomato, and lemon juice to skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes

-       Top with cilantro

  • 4 tablespoons grape seed oil
  • ½ pound gulf shrimp, shell on
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped orange bell pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, diced
  • 1 jalapeno, diced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
