Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

WHAT TO DO

1.    in a large mixing bowl, fork mash potatoes to your desired texture

2.   with rubber spatula, fold in all other ingredients

3.   salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients
  • ½ teaspoon jarred horseradish
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 6 small yukon gold potatoes, skinned, quartered and boiled until fork tender
  • 2 nice pinches salt
  • 2 nice pinches pepper
  • 7 cloves roasted garlic puree
  • ⅓ cup half and half
  • 1 sprig oregano leaves
  • 1 teaspoon minced cilantro leaves
