Honey Whipped Goat Cheese and Figs



Add olive oil butter and brown sugar to hot skillet. Once butter is melted add figs and cook until they caramelize. In a small bowl add goat cheese, a drizzle of honey and shredded cinnamon and whip together. Slice the apple and place on the plate along with the goat cheese, add the caramelized figs and top it off with some fresh mint.

  • 4 tbsp. softened goat cheese
  • 6 black figs, sliced and sautéed
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil butter blend
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • ½ apple, sliced
  • Chopped mint
