Grilled Avocado Chicken Salad



-      Coat pepper in olive oil, and cook on a grill

-      On a plate, combine olive oil, salt pepper and cilantro

-      Coat avocado half in the oil mixture, and place on grill

-      Season Greek yogurt with pepper

-      Toss chicken in Greek yogurt, onion, lime juice and Crystal Hot Sauce

-      Chop half of the grilled pepper, and add it to chicken mixture

-      Once grilled, remove avocado from heat

-      Fill center of avocado with chicken mixture, and serve


  • ¼ cup string chicken
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chopped red onion
  • 2 teaspoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon fresh pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Crystal Hot Sauce
