Instructions

Method

-      Bring grape seed oil to medium-heat in a skillet

-      Add the peppercorns and sliced garlic to the skillet

-      Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, careful not to burn garlic

-      Add the shrimp and teriyaki sauce, cook for 7 to 9 minutes, under low flame

-      Finish the dish by adding half a lemon juice and garnish with cilantro

  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 6 sliced garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 4 tablespoons grape seed oil
  • 1 tablespoons peppercorn
  • 12 large shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons crystal teriyaki sauce
