Flank Steak

Instructions

Method

-      Season flank steak with 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons rosemary, 2 teaspoons garlic, salt and pepper

-      Sear all sides of steak in a cast iron skillet

-      Broil steak for 8 minutes on each side

-      Boil potatoes until tender

-      Add olive oil butter blend, 2 teaspoons garlic, and a big pinch of salt to drained potatoes

-      Fork-mash potatoes

-      Mix sprouts, 2 tablespoons garlic, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons rosemary, parsley, salt and pepper

-      To serve, top mashed potatoes and steak with bean sprout salad

  • 6 ounces flank steak
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons rosemary, chopped
  • 6 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¾ pound peewee potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil butter blend
  • ½ cup crunchy bean sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon crystal hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
