Felix Deluxe Bloody Mary

Ingredients provided by Felix’s Oyster Bar

Drink Ingredients

·      2ounces Absolut Peppar Vodka

·      ½ ounce pickled bean juice

·      ½ ounce olive juice

·      ½ ounce Crystal Hot Sauce

·      1 tablespoon horseradish

·      5 ounces Bloody Mary mix (Zing Zang)

Garnish Ingredients

·      2 pickled green beans

·      1 stalk of celery

·      2 olives

·      1 lemon wedge

·      1 lime wedge

·      Cajun Spice around the rim

·      1 Boiled Shrimp

·      1 raw oyster on the half shell

So great you make the recipes available! Can't wait to try it and always enjoy Jeff's reactions to the food! I have watched your show over and over and love the food truck and travels concept. I would love for Chef Jeff to come to Columbus Georgia and go River Rafting on the Chattahoochie River with us! The real bonus is to meet up with two great Guys (Sam and Antrovious) who are just getting started with a food truck and have an existing catering business in Columbus! They are Chefs from the same cooking school have been our "Chef for a day" and they prepare the most amazing "Chirizo Mushrooms" and "Coca Cola BBQ ribs" that are amoungst the many things that they are capable of creating!

Great twist! We just went to out for spicy Bloody Mary's on Sunday in Auburn Alabama and the concept of adding seafood is over the top! Can't wait to use this receipe and it will not be just for BloodyMary Sundays!

As a former New Orleanian, I always use Crystal Hot Sauce anyways and I use bean juice in my bloody's... but never used olive juice before. So I learned a few things!
