Cranberry Sauce



-      Heat olive oil butter blend in a cast iron skillet

-      Add orange juice to skillet, and reduce down

-      Stir in brown sugar

-      Add blood orange zest

-      Add blood orange juice

-      Add in mint

-      Stir in cranberry sauce

-      Stir in 1 tablespoon of honey

-      Serve alongside turkey

  • 2 cups cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons blood orange zest
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil butter blend
  • 1 tablespoon blood orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons fresh mint


I am making this for Thanksgiving, I usually use canned but watching your show my mom & I have decided to use your recipe make the cranberry sauce from scratch with your help.
