 -Add chilled melon, coconut water, water, and light brown sugar into a blender

-Blend the mixture until smooth

-Add more water to adjust to desired consistency

-Add the Crystal Hot Sauce, half the lime juice and zest and blend again

-Grill the prosciutto in canola oil for 2-3 minutes and season with pepper

-Pour contents from the blender into a bowl along with the prosciutto

-Top with Greek yogurt and mint

-Serve cold

  • 2 cups melon, seeded and cubed
  • ¼ cup fresh coconut water
  • 1/3 cup ice cold water
  • 1 teaspoon of light brown sugar
  • 2 slices grilled and sliced Prosciutto
  • 3 dashes Crystal hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • 1 lime, juiced and zest
  • 2 sliced mint sprigs for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
