Carrot Ginger Salad

Instructions

Method

-      Mix the ginger, fish sauce, sugar, water, garlic and sesame oil together in a bowl and whisk

-      Drizzle the dressing over the shaved carrots and toss until carrots are coated

-      Serve cold

Ingredients
  • 4 peeled carrots, shaved thin
  • 1 tbs ginger, minced
  • ½ tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 2 tbs water
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
