Braised Bok Choy



Place the sesame oil in a pan and set the Bok Choy sliced side down and add the soy sauce, brown sugar and scallions. Let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes and serve.  

  • 4 baby Bok Choy, sliced lengthwise
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 scallion, sliced
