Avocado Puree


Place the avocado, jalapeno, garlic, water, lime juice, yogurt and salt and pepper into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the consistency with more yogurt of water and serve immediately. 

  • 1 avocado
  • ½ jalapeno, seeded and sliced in half
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 c 0% fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ c water
  • ½ lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
