Asia-Bama Lobster Soup

Instructions

Method

-       Heat sesame oil and 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce in cast iron pot over medium-high heat

-       Add lobster, scallion, soy sauce and lime juice and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes

-       In separate pot add olive oil and heat over medium-high heat

-       Add garlic, jalapeno, ginger and sauté for 1 minute

-       Add chicken broth, cremini mushrooms, lemon grass, Bok Choy, remaining hoisin sauce and soba noodles and continue to boil for 2 to 3 minutes

-       Add lobster and garnish with scallions

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 cup premade lobster, cut in cubes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped scallions
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • ½ minced jalapeno
  • 2 tablespoons sliced ginger
  • 2 ½ cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup chopped cremini mushroom
  • 1 halved lemon grass stalk
  • ½ cup chopped Bok Choy
  • ½ pound premade soba noodles
