Angel Food Cake



- Mix together olive oil and rosemary

- Marinate nectarine, peach, and apricot in olive oil and rosemary

 -Set fruit on the grill with flesh side down for about 4 minutes

- Dip a slice of angel food cake in the rosemary olive oil marinade

-Place angel food cake on the grill for about 2 minutes

- Slice the grilled fruit and toss in a bowl with fresh strawberries

-Drizzle half of the honey over the fruit

-Add 1 pinch of cinnamon and mix

-Take Greek yogurt and add the rest of the honey and cinnamon

-Whisk together

-Layer grilled angel food cake with fruit and yogurt

-Garnish with mint

  • 1 apricot, halved and pit removed
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
  • 1 store bought angel food cake
  • ½ cup quartered strawberries
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 pinches cinnamon
  • Garnish with a mint leaf
