Amaretto Shrimp


What To Do:

In a sauce pan, add butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic seasoning, green onions, and lemon juice.  Sautee until sauce is simmering; add fried shrimp and almonds.  Remove from heat, and add Amaretto (Amaretto liquor is flammable, please use caution).  Return to heat and toss shrimp in sauce mixture for 1 minute.  Ready to serve in a ramekin dish. (yields 1 serving)

  • 4 Butterfly Shrimp 36/40ct fried
  • 1 tbl Butter w/ pinch of Creole seasoning
  • 2 tbl Worcestershire Sauce
  • ¼ tsp Chopped Garlic
  • ¼ tsp cut Green Onions
  • ‘Splash’ Lemon Juice
  • ¼ cup Sliced Toasted Almonds
  • ¼ Amoretto Liquor
